Project: 2026-Q2 Groundwater + Hanford IH Air
SDG number: CLE-2026-SDG-0142
Date issued: 2026-06-16

Samples received (2026-06-15):
  GW-0009 MW-01 Groundwater (Pittsburgh)
  GW-0010 MW-02 Groundwater (Pittsburgh) -- See note 1
  MB-0003 Method Blank
  AF-0005 Air filter (Hanford 200E-01)
  AF-0006 Air filter (Hanford 200E-02)

Analyses performed:
EPA 6020B ICP-MS metals panel (23 analytes), water samples
NIOSH 7300 Metals on MCE air filters, air samples
EPA 7470A Mercury (Cold Vapor AA), water samples

Sample receipt:
All samples received within holding times, properly preserved,
  receipt temperature 4.2 C (within 0-6 C range).

QC summary:
Method Blank: All analytes < MDL
  LCS recovery: 98.2% (limits 80-120%)
  MS / MSD recovery: 96.4% / 95.0% (limits 75-125%)
  RPD: 1.4% (limit <20%)
  All QC within acceptance criteria.

Note 1 -- GW-0010 Zinc reanalysis:
Initial analysis (injection #16, 10:24) reported counts
exceeding the high calibration standard (62,485,200 cps).
Sample was automatically queued for dilution reanalysis at
  x10 (injection #18, 11:24), bracketed by CCV-2 to confirm
  calibration stability. The dilution-corrected result
  (12,400 ug/L, flag D) supersedes the original (>5000 ug/L,
flag E) per CLP SOM02.4 section 10.2. Both runs are
preserved in the audit trail and reported in Stage 2+
  packages.

Anomalies, deviations, or corrective actions:
None other than note 1 above.
